My name is Michelle and I want to help you look and feel your best no matter your age. When I was growing up, I watched my mom and grandma get older before my very eyes. It terrified me - was I going to shrivel up the same way? Luckily these days a lot of progress has been made when it comes to aging and so much research has found ways to help us stay looking and feeling younger for much longer. I’ve done a lot of digging and I want to share the wealth of knowledge with anyone who will listen!
